 Please respect other drivers on the road!

 There has been some serious road rage lately in the South West and it's really scary!

 Driving home from work today cars are weaving in and out, people are rolling down their windows and flipping other drivers off. It made me want to get off the road and get home where it's safe.

 What is the hurry people? Where is the fire? Is the music your listening to in your car bringing up your blood pressure? Did you just lose your home? Did you just go through a divorce?

 What ever your problems may be people, please respect others on the road! You don't really know who may be in that car your cutting off.

 Whether it's grandparents, teenagers, children, or any human being for that matter please don't take their life away from them because your late for work, having a bad hair day or just in a big hurry.

 Take a close look at this photograph and please slow down and save a life!

 Life is to short so why try to speed it up!

 Do you like Good customer service or Poor customer service?

 I really think that Customer Service is very important with any business and I believe it can make or break a business.

 If I am paying for a product, service, etc. I want (Good) Customer Service because that is what I give my clients when they work with me. And for any business these days that has (Poor) Customer Service, be very careful! They could take legal action against you and really hurt your business.

 So I would like to hear from you about Customer Service and if you really think it is important. And for stories of (Good) or (Poor) Customer Service post it here...........

 Where did all the good lenders go?

 3-4 years ago there were good lenders everywhere, where did they all go? Real Estate companies are bragging about this year being the best in history, if that's the case who is doing the financing for all these homes being purchased.

 I wrote a post at Activerain searching for a good lender and recieved some coments but (Zero) lenders!

 Are all the lenders that were around before selling Clear Internet service, Cell Phone services, Car Insurance, etc.

 All I ever hear from Real Estate Agents in Las Vegas is ............ this lender is the best Blah-blah-blah! I haven't spoke with a good one yet, their all fly by night lenders that promise you the world and in return you get nothing!

 If there are any really truly good lenders and you want to get rich, move to Las Vegas and you will really make some big money!

 I have been brain storming this idea for quite some time and this is my new idea!

 Because there are so many people that come to visit Las Vegas, I will pick one Casino for one week. For example this week happens to be The Wynn & Encore Hotels on Las Vegas Blvd, built by Steve Wynn!

 The reason I have picked Steve Wynn's beautiful Hotels is because I want him to hook me up with  a couple tickets to The Beyonce' Show at The Encore, she will be performing this coming week for several different shows.

 Here is a very fine restaurant at The Encore Hotel called Sinatra

 Another fine dining restaurant at The Encore Hotel called BARTOLOTTA

 On the other side of the glass wall you see in the photo is a wonderful place to sit, there is a water fall and water and light show with over 5 million dollars in trees.

 I spent Saturday photographing The Wynn Hotel & The Encore and ran across the beautiful (Black Horse)! I am not sure if Steve Wynn has a name for this beauty and I am not even sure what it is made of?

 I looks like some type of Graphite and I can just Imagine what some thing like this cost!
