 I am looking for some action around here, it has been quite dead around AR lately and I want to know what's going on around here?

 Sell your houses, make some money and please get yourselves back on track.

 I am also getting quite bored in Las Vegas and I would like to rent a little place by the Lake with some views like this off the back porch, isn't this a breath-taking sight?

 I am kind of stuck in a rut because I landed this huge job that is suppose to run till December of 2009. Sure I get to travel on the weekends, but I need about 1-2 months of fresh air, quiet walks and some bonding with (Mother Nature)!

 This post was about (Red Flagging) blogs and after Bob Stewart stopped by to make a comment I decided my old post and title were inappropriate.

 I also recieved a email from a dear friend and she mentioned it was a no-no!

 So please enjoy my photograph of Mono Lake, one of the most amazing lakes I have ever seen!

 Mono Lake - California - 5-2009

" You think your job is tough!"

 Where I was working today it was 107 degrees and real HOT!

 Long pants, work boots/ steel toe, hard hats and polyester florescent vests it what we have to wear at .......

                                          MGM Grand City Center in Las Vegas - Nevada

 And I am telling you that it is very uncomfortable, I must have drank about two gallons of water and some electrolyte additives to prevent dehydration.

 Weather station stated temperatures of 104 degrees, but it's always hotter down on "The Strip" because the buildings (glass & metal), asphalt, vehicles and air conditioners from all the buildings create more (Heat).

 I will be on his project until December 2009 if I can make it that long, it takes a while to get use to these high temperatures.

 Where are Vegas Bob's Friends?

 Where is everyone hiding? I hope their not hiding on twitter because I have to many followers there and it is not as personalized as Activerain.

 Where does (Kindness) come from?

 Let's think about this question for a while!

 We are taught (Kindness) when we are young, most of us anyway from our parents, teachers and friends. For the most part I really believe that deep down within our hearts is where our (Kindness) comes from.

 And for some this (Kindness) gets covered, blocked and crushed by different things in our lives. I also believe that some of the cities we live in help to destroy the (Kindness) that is in our hearts with the hustle and bustle of city life.

 People that are in a hurry, people that are rude, people that are short tempered. When I lived in a small town in Northern Minnesota there was so much more kindness to go around and people were not is such a hurry.

 In Las Vegas Nevada some times you have to search out (Kindness). On "The Strip" you get great service and treated very well and if you don't, you complain and get perks, free dinner, extra night stay, etc.

 So back to my question! Where does (Kindness come from)?

 And where can I find more of it?

 Because when I get away from "The Strip" all I get is rudeness, short tempered people and poor customer service!

 Let's dig way down where that (Kindness) comes from and give it to as many people as possible.

 The photo above was taken in Snowflake Arizona 6-13-2009, next to Travis is his lovely wife and my lovely wife Nu Nu.

 I will be meeting with Travis on the 4th of July in Roswell New Mexico where he will be talking at lectures at the UFO convention for 2-3 days.
