Poor Customer service from Craig P. Kenny & Associates - Las Vegas, Nevada

Poor Customer service from Craig P. Kenny & Associates - Las Vegas, Nevada

June 25th 2007 my wife was rear ended by someone while she was merging on Interstate 215 in North West Las Vegas, Nevada.

A police report was written and my wife suffered neck injuries and was quite scared after the accident. My wife called her brother and me, so we quickly drove to where the accident took place.

After the accident we contacted Craig P. Kenny & Associates in LasVegas, Nevada. Craig Kenny decided to represent us with our case.

Craig Kenny referred us to a doctor for my wife's injuries and she went for several months.

Around February of 2008, Craig Kenny's office started to contact us on the case and set up appointments.

The first week of April, my wife and I went to Myanmar (Burma) to visit her family. Before we left Craig Kenny's office set up different appointment dates to meet in his office. We mentioned to Graig Kenny's staff that we would be in Burma for one month.

Craig Kenny's office set an appointment up for the middle of May. There was a hurricane in Burma around April 21, 2008 that destroyed the country and killed over 200,000 Burmese. We missed first appointment with Craig Kenny's office.

I came back to the United States around the fourth week of May and my wife stayed because of the problems my wife's family was having after the hurricane. They had no electricity, water, etc, for months.

Craig Kenny's office contacted me when I arrived back in the US and asked when my wife would be coming back from Burma. My wife was planning to come back the first week of June, 2008. An appointment was set up by me and the office of Kenny Craig for June 5th.

My wife could not get a flight out by this time and we missed the second appointment with the office of Kenny Craig. Craig Kenny's office staff started to become rude over the telephone with me and I explained to them about the storm and my wife's family.

One more date was set up by the office of Craig Kenny and was not written down in our appointment book and we missed the third appointment. I received a call from Bradley Kenny, Craig Kenny's brother. I tried to apologize to Bradley and he became very rude over the telephone and told me that they were going to drop our case and not represent us. I pleaded with him and he hung up the telephone on me.

I called Craig Kenny and explained the situation to him and he didn't believe that Bradley would ever have spoken with me over the telephone like this. Well he did, and I thought it was terrible customer service.

Since Craig Kenny's office dropped our case, we have tried to get other attorney's to represent us and they have all turned us down. We continued to received letters from the attorney of the person that hit my wife, and they would send us copies of court case hearings after the date.

We never found anyone that would represent us and never had any court dates or times to appear in court for my wife's case.

We just received a copy of a court appearance from the defendant's Attorney that the case was dropped by the judge and my wife has to pay the defendant's Attorney's fees in the amount of 11,500.00 dollars and 3,850.00 dollars in medical bills.

My wife is blaming me for everything because I am an American and should have known everything that was going on and explained to her. And this is the reason for my blog, I did everything I could.

The way we were treated by Craig P. Kenny & Associates is inexcusable and to have our case dropped by them because Bradley Kenny was upset, let's just say I am going to be going to The (Better Business Bureau) with this one.

As for the defendant's Attorney, there will be a blog coming out next about his greed!

Not happy with Customer Service from a business? Let's hear about it at: CUSTOMER SERVICE

A Special dream about a little girl who lost her parents

A special dream about a little girl who lost her parents.

Just over 7 years ago I had a very vivid dream, and after waking up from the dream I wrote it down on a piece of paper. I was living back in Northern Minnesota in a very small town in August of 2002.

I was walking along in my dream in a city some where and the city had small older buildings.

As I was walking I came across a very little Asian girl around the age of 2-3. The little girls was crying and I asked her "what's wrong?" The little girl looked at me with tears running down her face and said " I have lost my "mommy & daddy!"

I grabbed the little girls very small hand and said "I will help you find your mommy & daddy!"

As we walked the little girls crying stopped and she said "thank you for helping me!"

As we walked to several buildings and knocked on doors, people would answer and I would ask them "Have you seen this little girls Parents?" They would say "no we haven't!"

Me and the little girl never did find her parents and then I woke up from my dream.

Three months later I met a young lady named Nu Nu and we talked about ourselves when we were together. Nu Nu mentioned to me that she had a daughter between the age's 2-3, and that she lived in Myanmar (Burma).

A few days after I met Nu Nu I mentioned to her that I had a dream about your daughter three months ago, Nu Nu did not understand. But I did,  and I know there was a reason I dreamed about her daughter. And I married Nu Nu the following year.

Here is a photograph of our daughter Cherry 7 years after my dream. Cherry is nine years old and still lives in Myanmar (Burma).

We hope and pray that Cherry will be coming to live with us in 2009.

Beware - Companies (Going Out Of Business)

Going out of business

Beware - Companies (Going out of Business)

In 2008 I was burned by several companies Going Out Of Business, without a warning or a big wonderful sign like this.

There are companies Going Out Of Business everywhere and all of a sudden.

There are lists of companies that are Going Out Of Business over the Internet and through other sources.

Please try to be very careful about doing advertisement in unknown magazines, small newspapers or certain business marketing scams. These people that scam prey on new agent's that have just be licensed.

I have been informed to be careful not to buy gift cards also because many companies are going out of business.

I have been burned by two different printing companies, one company that specializes in Corporate Credit and LLCs. And we just had a Law Firm (Throw us under the bus) just an expression when some one takes advantage of you.

I will be blogging about these companies very soon in the future and they are all located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

My suggestion to everyone when people are trying to sell you their services, (except Real State of course) I can't afford it right now. Or just say "No Thank you"!

Please take a look at Regina Brown's past blog: Warning: Don't Buy Gift Certificates at these Stores for Christmas

Do we have any Neirds at Activerain? (please come forward)

Photo taken by Robert Swetz - Las Vegas Nevada

Do we have any Nerds at Activerain? (please come forward)

I found this old pair of glasses that are around 30 years old and yes I did have a pair of clear ones just like this. And yes people use to call me a Nerd many years ago.

So my question is because Activerain is a computor network, how many Nerdsdo you have as memebers. And are you strong enough to come out, or still afraid someone might still pick on you.

Come on, we are in the 21st Century and I really don't think any ones going to spread rumors around about anyone being a Nerd.

I know that if you never were able to admit that you were, you might really want to now!

There is really nothing wrong with wearing glasses like this, being the teachers pet or wearing a pocket protector for your pens.

Everyone that laughed at us in school, the jocks, etc, some of us are laughing all the way to the bank.

So Nerds come out and let's hear your story!

 Robert Swetz

PS, even though I wore glasses like this and pocket protectors, I will really tell you what I was later!

(Activerain Blog of the week) What are your "New Year" resolutions or business plans for 2009?

(Activerain Blog of the week) What are your "New Year" resolutions or business plans for 2009?

There are going to be many blogs being posted to "The Rain" about "New Year" resolutions and that's why my post is already out there.

I want everyone to really think before you comment, and try to only write down (1 to 3) resolutions that you really think you can achieve.

2008 will be over in the next few days, we have a new President and a economy that we The People need to try and help.

Here are (3) "New Year" resolutions for 2009 that I have written down.

Number 1 is already taking place, me and my wife already have tickets to travel to New Zealand in Spring.

Number 2 I am already looking into with the help of some Agents/ Friends from Activerain located in California.

And Number 3 is one that I have to really work on myself. There is a Top Broker/ Agent in Las Vegas that has offered me a spot at one of her firms. Details are to new to talk about, but it really sounds like a great opportunity to really make some money.

I am very excited about reading every ones comments and look forward to responding back.

This is my list below!            "Happy New to my friends & family at Activerain"

Some inviting Views of The Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada

Some inviting Views of The Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada

Just about everyone knows that it snowed in Las Vegas, Nevada and temperatures have been very low. But it won't be long before the temps get back up into the sun bathing and shorts weather.

This pool looks a little empty right now but that is because it was early morning when I took it. Tourists were partying so hard, they don't even get up till noon.

I wanted to tease everyone with these wonderful shots and try to get some to come to Vegas for a visit. Take a look at the weather forecast for the up and coming weeks and when it looks like a break and you can make the get away, go fore it.

Could some please help me attach the URLs and banners to my networks?

Could some please help me attach the URLs and banners to my networks?

I am not much of a tech person when it comes to this stuff and I had Ron Gillis help me when I first joined Activerain, I may have to get a hold of him again.

I joined twitter, facebook, linkedin and other networks months ago. I don't know how to attach all the networks together to create more search engines.

And the little twitter bird & other banners on your blog page, can someone please help me?

I am just the Photographer and really don't know to much about this stuff.

Also, I have several groups and I would like to put URLs under the guidelines to my groups of some of my other groups.

Can you please help me the easiest way possible?

Robert Swetz

What will the Real Estate market be like in 2009? Non stop construction at MGM City Center - Las Vegas, Nevada

What will the Real Estate market be like in 2009?  Non stop construction at MGM City Center- Las Vegas, Nevada

Building continues at the MGM City Center and over half of the towers will open in December of 2009. Construction will continue with the following towers after the Grand opening.

There are rumors floating around about funding, etc., these are just rumors and I really can't see anything stopping the constructing of the second largest project in the world.

I took these photographs one month ago and if you look real close at the photo below this one, you can see a football shaped construction on the ground. This is going to be one of the swim pools for the (Vdara) Tower.

Anyone that is reading and viewing this blog, I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent and I can help you purchase or sell any condos at MGM City Center. And anywhere else in the State of Nevada.

Please call Robert direct at: 701.443.7156 or go to my web site at: www.VegasBuildingsForSale.com

The MGM City Center project will employ over 10,000 new workers from around the world and remember, the MGM City Centeris being built right on Las Vegas Blvd. Right next to The Bellagio and across the street fro Planet Hollywood.
